1. Open a personalized gift
Only the fields that piece needs will appear — a name, a date, a color, sometimes nothing.
2. Type what's asked
Use the spelling they actually go by. Photo gifts wait until we have private storage.
3. The preview is close
It shows placement and print color. It is not a factory proof.
4. Then you check out
Payment is on Shopify. What you typed is what gets printed.
We do not run live chat. Email and the contact form are the working paths so a family shop can answer with care.
